Charming apartment rue du Temple

 

This lovely 40 sqm apartment, centrally located, is in a nice and safe area. Three minutes from the building will you find « la rue de Bretagne », famous for its half-covered market « les enfants rouges » and its variety of delicatessen.
You’ll be also very close from the « centre pompidou » (beaubourg), « la place de la République », « le canal Saint-Martin », the « Seine » river and of course, the trendy and historical area « le Marais » an its large choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is modern and clean, freshly painted in white, like the ceiling’s beams.
The living room is bright and cool, thanks to a double-exposure and the wooden floor.
It is located on the third floor without lift, but the stairs are historically quoted from the « 18ème » century. All the five windows look onto two courtyards, so you won’t be bothered by the streets’s noise.

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook your own meals and breakfast, and even a new washer-dryer.

The flat is also equiped with a flat TV (about 40 channels), a telephone with free calls to France and more than 100 destinations. If you travel with your computer, you can use the wireless internet.

The room, separated from the living-room by wooden shutters, offers you a complete privacy, and a very large and comfortable bed. If you plan to rent for more than 2 people, the sofa of the main room can also be easily converted into a very comfortable double-bed.

Between the living room and the room, you’ll find a quiet space with a table to eat. If everything seems too quiet, you can plug your iphone/ipod to the station, or even play the piano !

In the bathroom, a very large shower and a lot of space to put away your belongings. All towels and bedsheets are provided.
